IF you want a CD:
The cost of the CD is $35

Shipping within US:
If you would like the CD mailed it is and additional $10.
Fedex Shipping within the US cost and additional $20.

Mailing outside the US is an additional $15.

Shipping to Canada and Mexico is by Fedex and costs $35.
Fedex to other locations vary by destination but are usually in the range of $45-55.
